We process and ship orders from Monday through Saturday. All domestic shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 days (Monday-Saturday) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When you order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. 

 SHIPPING & HANDLING 

MaxPawz offer free shipping on all US orders via USPS. We also offer $10 flat international shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships. 

 EXPEDITED SHIPPING 

MaxPawz only offer expedited shipping option within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to international countries. We cannot be responsible for weather delays. Please note that expedited shipping does not change processing time for personalized pieces and other pre-order items.
