Returns & Exchanges


We recommend carefully trying on MaxPawz Boots indoors, keeping the packaging intact before going outdoors. Correct fit is critical to performance of MaxPawz boots, preventing boots from slipping off.

MaxPawz will gladly accept a return for product that is in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Used or damaged products are not eligible for return and will not be accepted. To be eligible for a full refund, return the item within 15 days of the purchase provided the product condition is new, unused, clean and free of dirt and pet hair. It the product has been tried on and contains pet hair and/or dirt as a result, all pet hair and dirt must be removed from the product to avoid a cleaning fee or restocking fee. Products requiring cleaning (including removal of pet hair and/or dirt) will be charged $5 cleaning fee. Cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to include your contact information (name, address, phone, email) in your package so that we may contact you if necessary.

MaxPawz will issue a credit for the amount of the returned item(s) within 2-3 days of receipt. However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.


For the item(s) you wish to exchange, please follow the return instructions above, and then place a new order for the items you would like.

You can return the item within 30 days of purchase, with the same required product condition outlined as above in the return section for the returns.
