TMG0X65 chip is a two-in-one PWM＋MOSFET current type offline SMPS controller of high integration level and high performance. It is applicable to various low power SMPSs such as charger and power adapter etc. It is packaged using DIP8 and SOP8 and provides 0～36W output power without heat sink. It comes in simple circuit structure and low costs. This chip also has complete protections for overvoltage, under-voltage, over temperature, overload, soft start and short circuit. Built-in fixed frequency oscillator of frequency shuffling can reduce EMI. In standby state, the chip will go into burst mode at low standby power consumption, meeting low power consumption requirements of Energy Star etc.
